About me
Ms. Nadkarni is a critical care nurse currently practicing in the medical intensive care unit at Stanford Health Care. With a diverse clinical background, she has held nursing positions at hospitals in Ohio and California. Ms. Nadkarni earned a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from UC San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at UCSF in the psychiatric and mental health track. Ms. Nadkarni is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in health care and is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive, equitable care environment. After graduation, she hopes to work with neurodivergent individuals and continue her research in this field.
